This place was exactly as we expected, and the staff were exceptional.

The location was peaceful as it was close to a motorway. The place was close to the heart of Landen.

Clean accommodation, very very helpful staff. Having a dining area, a seating area, and a study table in our comfortable modern and brand-new room. Outstanding food, excellent service. Convenient location with free parking short walk to a restaurant as well as Brussels.

The children's playground kept our little ones entertained for hours, allowing my wife and I to relax on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We also took advantage of the bike rental option and had a blast exploring the area. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that there are great golf courses nearby. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, giving us a great start to each day.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

Reserved room on Booked.net was not available anymore. I was put in smaller room but rate was not lowered. Also owner was absent so room keys were missing. Stand-in assistant opened my room with her key but I could not lock room anymore with laptop etc inside. Thirdly, at 5 AM, a bright fire light in my room switched on. Woried about a fire I checked the hallway but nothing visible. For the rest of the night a beep went off in some electrical unit in the hall. Obviously I did not sleep anymore. Hotel staff did not show up nor were they impressed when I mentioned the problem the next day.

The location here is great, close to restaurants and Brussels, it's calm, the room is beautiful and brand-new.

Room was clean and a good size

Nobody in when I arived (5.30 pm) Had to wait 30 minutes to get in. Restaurant was closed as was the village. Long drive to find anywhere open. Retains original farmyard smells

Excellent stop over on our way to Austria. First class host. Beautiful room in wonderful setting. Convenient for motorway. Would use again and would recommend to friends

The deluxe queen room here had great facilities and the beds were incredibly cozy.

Delightful converted farm/barn buildings with a spacious courtyard and huge car park. Excellent English-speaking staff. Lovely evening meal and excellent breakfast. Modern comfortable room and bathroom. Convenient location for an overnight stop.

The location of the hotel is in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. the hotel also owned a restaurant 3 kms away, and the food there was delicious. the room and bathroom were modern and comfy. the staff was friendly and attentive, especially the owner who was always helpful. the breakfast was top-notch, with a range of options to choose from. the car park was spacious.

The noise isolation in the hotel could be improved as the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard clearly at times.
